Kale Salad


1 Head of Dinosaur (Dino) aka Lacinato Kale

Pine Nuts

Carrot “noodles” or simply chopped carrot

for P4 individuals: you can dehydrated cranberries

Olive oil

Balsamic Vinagrette

Salt


Cut the ribs from your kale, subsequently cut leaves little (it’s tough to eat when the leaves are just too large). Add the carrot noodles (or dried cranberries) and the pine nuts. If it’s kind of dry tasting, add more olive oil. You don’t want much salt.

Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing


This dressing is like a Caesar one, however it’s vegetarian. It is loved by us for a lot of ail!


We’re comfy by using this outfitting on P2, instead of our dairy allocation. Without a doubt it should really be OK on phase 3.


One pot Mayonnaise (I take advantage of Hain Safflower Mayo)

2 Tablespoons Orange Liquid (liquid of just one orange)

2 cloves Garlic (or maybe more) minced

One teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

One teaspoon Dijon Mustard

1/2 teaspoons Sodium (or even more, to flavor)

1/4 teaspoon Dark Pepper


Combine all components properly and refrigerate.

Crispy Low-Carb Tostada


One Tablespoons Avocado Flour

One Tablespoons Chia Seeds

1 Tablespoons Water

One Egg

1/4 teaspoons Cumin

1/4 teaspoons Soup Powder

Taco toppings


Combine all components properly and push them all into a plate right into a group about 1/8 inch-thick. Bake it from 10 to 15 minutes at 450 C. Serve and use any topping that you want (lettuce, cheese, etc.)

Phase 3 Strawberry Ice Cream (Sugar free)


This is a real dessert that you can prepare with almost no effort on your end. It is tasty and sugar free. Remember that a diet is not meant to kill you but to help you get that desired shape. Anyways, lets cut to the chase and start this recipe.


Swift Blood Snow Cream


1/2 pot Simple Yogurtice cream

Fluid Stevia to flavor


Mix iced berries with yoghurt. Include stevia to style – focus on about ten drops to flavor, keep adding drops every once in a while to get the right taste.  Blend it and sample until you get the perfect taste.


This can be used for people on phase 2 as well. You can have this as your dairy allocation for the evening.

Gluten Free Meat Balls


Since gluten may not be helpful for many people, we are focused on creating more meals with no gluten on them. Ok let’s go to the recipe:


1 lb ground beefgluten free meat balls for HCG

1 egg

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp basil

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp garlic salt

pinch pepper


Preheat your oven to 425 C. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and crush the mix into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Let them cook inside your oven for 20 minutes (they will get crispy on the outside and tender on the inside). You can use paper towels to drain meatballs and voila, serve them hot.

Gluten Free Burguers!


3.5 oz Ground BeefGluten free hamburgers

1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs

1 Tbsp Milk

1/4 tsp Onion Powder

1/4 tsp Basil

1/4 tsp Oregano

1/4 tsp Garlic Salt

pinch of Black Pepper


Combine all ingredients and make your hamburgers. Put them on the grill and wait until they are done! Enjoy!

Chicken Parmesan Bites


1 lb Chicken Breast tenders cut into bite-size chunksChicken Parmesan Bites for P3 HCG diet

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

1/4 cup Almond Meal

1/2 Tbsp Oregano

1/2 Tbsp Basil

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1 Egg, beaten

3 Tbsp Olive Oil


Preheat your oven to 350 C. Mix all ingredients inside a medium bowl and beat egg in a separate one. Dip all chicken pieces within egg, and then into breading. Put them all on a baking sheet. Put some olive oil on the chicken chunks (try to use a paint brush to spread oil uniformly). Once you have added the oil, put the baking sheet into the oven and let it bake for 25 minutes.


You can add zucchini noodles as a side dish. You can use a spirooli slicer to create nice looking noodles. But that’s really up to you. Enjoy!
